The Churchland Swim Club is a seasonal outdoor pool located in Churchland part of Portsmouth, Virginia off Tyre Neck Road. and is readily accessible to residents of the area.

It is open each summer from the Saturday before Memorial Day (May) to Last Day of Operation - Labor Day (Sept.) . A membership to our club provides full use of the pool for the summer, an opportunity for the kids to join the swim team, and the use of our picnic area for family or group functions or birthday parties.

You'll find Churchland Swim Club a friendly community of people who enjoy using the facilities and getting to know each other. Adults who want to swim for fitness, students who want to participate in swim team, children just learning how to swim, or anyone who just wants to relax by the pool will all enjoy the Churchland Swim Club.

Spring is upon us and the daffodils are blooming so it is time to start planning your beautiful garden. Once again, back by popular demand is our CSC Spring Flower sale. As always, our flowers are locally grown and directly benefit our pool and communities. Here is information I have from the Portsmouth YMCA about their Red Cross Lifeguarding Certification Course.

Upcoming courses are:

Saturdays, March 24 and 31 and Sundays, March 25 and April 1 from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Saturdays, April 28 and May 12 and Sundays, April 29 and May 13 from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
Monday, April 9 - Friday, April 13 from 9 am - 5 pm

Pool Hours: Close for the season

Free wireless internet access is now available at the pool starting this summer. The manager on duty has the access code.
Abbreviated board minutes are available to download. you can contact a board member if you have questions about the topics discussed.
